Dr. Luke Martens
Owner
Dr. Luke Martens, DC is the owner and lead chiropractor at Martens Chiropractic in Casper, Wyoming. A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic Summa Cum Laude, Dr. Martens brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, technical precision, and a whole-body approach to patient care. Before entering the chiropractic profession, he served 20 years in the Army and Air National Guard, retiring as a Master Sergeant. His extensive experience in high-stakes environments—installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex avionic systems—sharpened his problem-solving skills and attention to detail, qualities he now applies to diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Martens is deeply involved in the Casper community. He proudly serves as a volunteer ski patroller with the Hogadon Ski Patrol, providing on-mountain care and safety for winter sports enthusiasts. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, hiking, and exploring Wyoming’s rugged landscapes. Whether he’s adjusting a spine, responding to a ski hill emergency, or helping a patient return to an active lifestyle, Dr. Martens is committed to helping people move better, feel better, and live better.
