After serving in the United States Army and Air Force, Dr. Luke Martens settled in Casper, Wy. with his wife before joining Palmer College to study chiropractic care. After his coursework was complete, Dr. Luke joined the Black Hills VA Medical Center. While studying, Dr. Luke enjoyed serving the Veterans who have defended America’s freedoms.
Now, located in downtown Casper, Dr. Luke is excited to serve all patients looking for relief from pain or who want to maintain good health through chiropractic care.
Dr. Luke loves spending time with his wife and his dog, Mack. When they aren’t camping, Dr. Luke enjoys cooking.
What to Expect
Dr. Martens will meet with you in his downtown Casper office to discuss your health concerns and the reason for your visit.
Examination
After your initial health consultation, we’ll perform a complete & comprehensive chiropractic exam.
Report of Findings
Dr. Martens will set up a second appointment to go over all of your health report. This Report of Findings will include an analysis of what treatment is needed and the plan to get you back into the swing of life. Dr. Martens goal will be to relieve you of any pain you might be feeling, then maintaining your health through regular chiropractic care.

Dr. Martens promises to be prompt in meeting your scheduled appointment times, and asks that you do the same so that the day’s schedule stays on track. Alongside your regularly scheduled adjustment, Dr. Martens will continually check on your overall well-being. He will also provide other advice, such as stretches, exercise and other healthy activities that will help keep your body strong.
